ALEXEY NOVIKOV AT KOMMERSANT CONFERENCE: CRIMINAL RISKS OF PERFORMING STATE PROCUREMENT: HOW TO STEER CLEAR OF THEM?
On May 27, Alexey Novikov, Criminal Defense Firm Managing Partner, spoke at the Kommersant conference ‘Criminal and Vicarious Liability of Business Management and Owners 2022’. The conference brought together over 100 representatives of the government, business, legal firms and mass media. The conference was divided into two sessions – the first session was dedicated to criminal liability of the management and business owners, the second one – to vicarious liability.

In his presentation, Alexey focused on the risks of working with state procurement and precautions one should take before starting to work on 44-FZ. Alexey shared the firm’s experience of dismissing four criminal cases related to state procurement.
